These terms govern your use of onyxluxuryepoxy.com and any request for services from Onyx Luxury Epoxy.
Requests and quotes.
Submitting a form requests contact about your project. Text messaging requires the separate applicable SMS consent selection. See our Privacy Policy. Pricing given before an on-site visit is an estimate range. Final pricing is set in a written quote after we see the space.
SMS.
Onyx Luxury Epoxy provides decorative epoxy flooring and surface installation services. Customers may separately opt in to marketing texts and non-marketing texts about project inquiries, consultations, quotes and work in progress. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting services. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our SMS program. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (833) 324-6111. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. To join again, sign up through the same opt-in process. For assistance, reply HELP or contact onyxluxuryepoxy@gmail.com or (833) 324-6111. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text plan or data plan. Scheduling and cancellation.
Install dates are confirmed in writing. Deposits, where required, are stated in the written quote.
Workmanship.
Warranty terms, where offered, are stated in the written quote for that job.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
